Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Medium chain triglyceride oil derived from coconut

Recommended Dose:
Adults: 4-6 drops 1 time per day with food. Take a few hours before taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper. To reduce irritation of the mouth and stomach, take with water and a teaspoon of honey/ vegetable oil (e.g. olive oil)/ a sugar cube.

Cautions and Warnings:
Keep away from children. Discontinue use if you experience gastrointestinal upset. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are hypersensitive/ allergic to the Lamiaceae family herbs such as basil, hyssop, lavender, perilla, mint, rosemary, sage and thyme.
